Need your weekly dose of sugar? Meet today’s Man Candy – the happy-go-lucky (and gorgeous) Chris Volk. This 22-year-old Capetonian is in his final year of a BBA marketing degree and when his head isn’t buried in text books he spends his time listening to old rock tunes (he’s a Led Zepplin fan) or playing sport. At the moment he keeps fit and healthy by following a vegetarian diet and by playing soccer in the Futbal 5 five-a-side league. And when he’s not kicking a ball around? You’ll find him on the beach catching a wave on his surfboard.
So, where can you ‘bump’ into Chris? If you ever needed an excuse to head down the the Old Biscuit Mill on a Saturday, now you have one… he works as a cocktail barman at one of the market stands.
