The gorgeous Expresso Show presenter, Zoë Brown, has just celebrated her one-year anniversary at the morning breakfast show. And because she’s in a celebratory mood, she’s sharing five dresses she’s lusting over this season, so we can copy her elegant style.
Poloneck bodycon dress
MR R119.99My style is always simplistic, chic and timeless. With winter officially here, I love this sleeveless polo neck dress. It’s versatile and easy to dress up and down and can be paired beautifully with cardigans, jackets, blazers and coats. This is the perfect date-night dress, as it hugs my figure in all the right places.
Woolworths R450Regardless of the season, denim is always a winner! With this particular style, I always play with my accessories and shoes. I love pairing my denim dress with either my Stan Smith’s, ankle booties or heels… and I love to do bold and chunky jewellery, adding the perfect pop of colour when I meet my friends for coffee.
Sequinned dress
H&M R749As much as I like to keep it simple, I can never say no to a bit of sparkle! This is the perfect dress to wear to a party and dance the night away!
Grey midi dress
Forever New R799This season I’m experimenting more with the sports luxe look! A three-quarter dress is perfect to wear in winter with cute sneakers. But it’s also one of those dresses that can easily be transformed from casual to smart, as well as, from day to night! Perfect for a full day in the city, from meetings with my boss (smart) to going to my radio show (casual).
Mango R699Although this little number is not exactly a dress, this playsuit is something that I wear to step out of my comfort zone. It’s fun and flirty, has patterns (completely different from my plain-coloured dresses). In the Cape Town wind, this is the perfect piece to wear when I’m out and about or running errands, without embarrassing myself!
