The Hidden Staircase by Nancy Drew.

On a comfortable couch.

Not at all. I judge them by the blurb.

Romance.

Locally, Sydney Sipho Sepamla and internationally it would have to be Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.

E-reader or hard copy?
Both. E-reader is easily accessible, but nothing takes away from the smell of a hard copy.
