Meet the smooth-flowing rapper whose comical punchlines are shaking the nation, Early B. The Port Elizabeth-born solo artist has performed at music festivals across the country, worked with prominent producers like the Grammy Award-winning Darryl Torr, and topped the Goodhope FM Hip Hop Charts with his hit ‘Cerebellum’.
Not only does the 27-year-old have a super catchy voice, he’s also very easy on the eyes! GLAMOUR caught up with the entertaining musician to learn more about his life off-stage.
What’s your best attribute?
My best attribute would be my sense of humour. I love making the people around smile. No, I’m not a clown, but I love a good laugh. Who doesn’t like feeling good?
What instantly attracts you to a woman?
Good presentation is very attractive. There’s nothing sexier than a put together, confident lady.
What’s your idea of a perfect date?
A spring date at the Keukenhof Gardens in the Netherlands is my dream (after I’ve taken three Sinutabs for my sinuses!). I’d treat my lady with the finest glass of chardonnay, sushi and strawberries and ice cream for dessert. If it were a dinner date, I’d want it to be at this incredible restaurant in a cave in Kenya. The sky is literally the roof and the whole restaurant is lit up by candlelight. Is there anything better? I’d love to say that I would sing to her or play an instrument, but I can’t so the restaurant music would have to do.
What fills the spot at the top of your dream destination list?
Definitely Bora-Bora! You can actually have lunch in the beautiful clear water. I’m sure you’re picking up on the fact that I love to eat.
What’s your favourite drink?
I love chai tea. Actually, any chai drink. Even on a hot day there needs to be an iced chai drink available.
Do you have any regrets when it comes to past relationships?
None. I’m not saying they were bad, but I take all of my previous relationships as learning curves. Experience teaches you unique lessons and believe me, I’ve learnt.
Who is your Woman Crush Wednesday?
My Woman Crush Wednesday goes out to my mother Linda Swartz. She raised a boy who brings inspiration to a nation and became one of GLAMOUR’s Man Candy Mondays!
