The easiest chocolate dessert EVER!

Chocaholics, rejoice! Meet the easiest chocolate dessert you’ll ever make. And yes, you really can whip up this decadent fondant in minutes.

CHOCOLATE FONDANT

(serves 4)

Ingredients

150g melted 71% dark organic chocolate 

200g sieved cake flour

2 beaten eggs

60g melted butter 

100ml milk

Method

Mix flour, eggs and milk to make a batter.

Slowly add melted chocolate and butter to batter and add mixture to baking moulds and place in refrigerator to set.

Place oven on 150 degrees and let bake for 10 – 12 minutes depending on the oven.

Remove fondant from baking mould and place onto a plate; once served it should have the perfect molten centre.

Serve with vanilla pod or dark chocolate ice cream.
