Where can you find a 24-hour showcase of the hottest musicians, DJs, chefs, winemakers, artists, designers and more? At the Littlegig Festival of course, taking place this February at Wiesenhof Farm in Stellenbosch!
Created by Georgia Black, this one-of-a-kind festival promises all the experiences you love, all in one place, and all for a full 24 hours. So if good times are on your bucket list for 2018, best you start at Littlegig!
Just a short 40-minute drive from Cape Town, Littlegig is set to feature some of SA’s hottest local talent from 10am on Saturday 17 February right through to 12pm on Sunday 18 February. And what can you look forward to in that time? What can’t you!
With six music areas and a Forest Day Stage with live bands, plus a Night Stage with electronic acts, music lovers can dance to their heart’s content. Fashionistas will see all their dreams come true with exhibits by Marianne Fassler, Mami Wata, Rich Mnisi, Lukhanyo Mdingi and many more. Art lovers will revel in roaming magic shows, contemporary dance performances, and an exclusive 6-metre metallic inflatable artwork created specially for the festival. And foodies will be able to indulge their every craving thanks to a delicious range of food stations, pop-up bars, paired food and wine tastings, and even gourmet offerings like the Chef’s Table Dinner, created by Arno Janse van Rensburg.
This year’s entertainment includes musicians like Black Motion, Nonku Phiri and Stelth Ulvang (The Lumineers), as well as fantastic DJs like Doowap, Artelligent (AKA Headroom) and Kid Fonque.
