It’s always a good day to have cheesecake so when we came across The Lazy Makoti’s quick and easy recipe, we knew we had to share it with you. You’re welcome!
The Lazy Makoti’s Cheesecake recipe
1 pack Tennis biscuits
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tubs cream cheese
1/2 cup castor sugar
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup milk
1&1/2 teaspoon gelatine
1/2 cup berry coulis
- Crush biscuits and combine with butter. Pour into the base of a springform pan and smooth with the back of a spoon. Refrigerate while you make the filling
- Whip the cream cheese to soften, add the sugar and combine
- In a separate bowl whip the cream till thick and fold into the cream cheese.
- Heat milk in a small bowl and add in gelatine and stir to dissolve then gold into cream cheese mixture
- Pour the mixture into biscuit base
- Spoon berry coulis over and use skewer to make swirly lines. Refrigerate overnight.
