As celebrities hit the red carpet in London last night for the 2018 BAFTA Awards, it’s once again a sea of black, as actresses and attendees alike dress symbolically to support the Time’s Up movement. For the second time since the Golden Globes, Hollywood is using its spotlight to continue the protest against sexual harassment. For most women attending the BAFTAs tonight, their choice of outfit will be a relatively easy one. But for one female attendee, the protest posed somewhat of a fashion conundrum. Kate Middleton – who attended the ceremony with her husband Prince William – would have been forced to break royal protocol if she chose to wear black to the event. But instead, she opted for a gorgeous green gown. Green is also a colour that features in the Suffragette flag, so although she’s choosing not to defy protocol, we’ve got a feeling she’s subtly standing with the women on the red carpet. But take a look at the beautiful sea of black that flooded the BAFTAs red carpet
