Back in July, H&M revealed that they will be partnering with British label Erdem for their next designer collaboration and last Wednesday the global ERDEM X H&M launch took place in Los Angeles, with a spectacular catwalk show.
The setting was an English botanical garden, and guest included Alexa Chung, Zendaya and Kate Bosworth, all wearing looks from the new collection.

If this isn’t reason enough to buy it, we don’t know what is. So. Pretty.
Erdem is the newest name to join a long line of successful previous collaborations from Alexander Wang to Versace, Kenzo to Isabel Marant.
Famed for florals, romance, and needlecraft, we predicted the collection will be full of party-pleasing dresses, intricate blouses and feminine silhouettes – and we weren’t wrong.
We’ve given you a first look at the collection, out 2 November. Keep scrolling to see it in full. We’re expecting a site crash for this one.
Talking of the partnerships, Erdem Moralioglu says, “I am so happy to collaborate with H&M, and to explore my work on a whole new scale including a menswear collection which I have never done before. It’s also such a thrill to work with Baz Luhrmann, one of the most important storytellers of our time”.
Ann-Sofie Johansson, H&M’s Creative Advisor, adds: “From the moment we started talking with Erdem about the collaboration, I was captured by his vision. For ERDEM x H&M he has created an enchanting world full of beauty, delicacy and rich details. These are special pieces you will want to wear forever.”
Visionary filmmaker Baz Luhrmann, famed for the likes of Romeo & Juliet, Moulin Rouge and The Great Gatsby, has been brought on board to bring the collection to life through film.
