Gracing the cover are three female content creators who are trailblazers in their respective fields. Nabilah Kariem is a rulebreaker and pioneer in the modest fashion influencer space, while actress Linda Mtoba is all about connecting with her fans authentically and building a sustainable brand. Fashion and lifestyle content creator Kay Yarms is gaining attention for her aspirational content.
For the cover shot, the women rock pieces from trailblazing designer Thebe Magugu’s Heritage Dress collection. The dress is available in eight different versions - with each being inspired by a different South African culture.
As the winner of the LVHM Prize in 2019, and dressing celebrities from all across the globe, it only made sense that our digital disruptors be dressed in one of the most innovative designers in South Africa right now.
