Fashion trends: We share our top 3 AW24 Trends

We breakdown our fave trends for the season.

Wild Child

Mob wife core hasn’t died down as we’ve seen many iterations of this trend on the AW 24 runways. From accessories to faux fur coats and dresses there’s an item for any die hard or even skeptic to try this winter. As Vogue US writer Alexis Bennet Parker wrote, I quote, “In short it’s a rebellious response to the less-is-more clean girl aesthetic”. I could not agree more. While we were all applauding and embracing the minimal look we now see ourselves gravitating towards and latching on to this very bold aesthetic and unleashing our confident and sexy side.

Creme de la creme

The AW24 runways added a surprise hue for the season- cream. Not only reserved for brides, this winter is all about rocking a full monochrome fit for a sophisticated and statement look. It is not only extremely stylish but functional too and gives you an extra polished look. An off white suit is a worthwhile investment as they are the perfect transitional items and can pair with everything in your wardrobe.

Chocolate Brown

This sumptuously rich hue is perfect for winter and has largely taken a back seat to colours like black, navy and grey. Fortunately this season we saw the likes of Loewe, Miu Miu and The Row championing the return of this comfy colour. This is one of the easiest colour trends to incorporate in to your wardrobe as it will pair with just about any colour. Even Adidas has included this hue in to their range of colours of the IT sneaker, the Sambas.
