The 2016 J&B Met displayed some gorgeous outfits, and our favourite GLAMOURzons really brought their A-game, slaying all day in their ‘Rare Blend’ themed ensembles and headpieces!
Hands down, best dressed of the day was the beautiful Melody Molale. Her look screamed high fashion; very Chanel-esque with the soft colours and gorgeous silhouette of the dress. We particularly love the embroidered bardot neckline. Neville Masondo deserves a very big well done for this beautiful creation. Melody posed it up with her good friend and Revlon makeup artist Vuyo Varoy. The pair always take such lavish pictures; Vuyo’s suave style mixed with Melody’s classic beauty make for the best photoshoot.

Boity Thulo, Dineo Moeketsi and Tamara Dey all donned Quiteria & George ensembles. Dineo brought the sunshine, looking super sexy and classy in a bright canary-yellow number paired with a baby pink lip. Tamara wore a hot pink plunging neckline dress and her fiery orange hair was on full display. Boity was in a risque sheer purple gown with strategically placed strips of velvet and a spectacular train. Clearly Quiteria & George are all about colour!
Boity posed it up with Khanya Mkangisa, who looked so cute in her Millicent Nkangane two piece. The detailed crop top and the short tutu really displayed her playful personality. Khanyi Mbau kept the colour theme going in her Thokozani Mbatha romper which she paired with an equally colourful headwrap. Only Khanyi could pull off a dramatic look like this!

Nandi Mngoma looked breathtaking in an Asian-inspired lilac ensemble by Inga Madyibi. Paired with a crown from Mimco, the look was reminiscent of the classic Disney Movie Mulan. Speaking of Asia, our favourite ninja Lalla Hirayama wore a cream David Tlale masterpiece. The detailed golden mini dress with a dramatic cape brought all the drama! Also in cream was Sarah Langa Heaton, who stunned in a lace dress from Cinnel Store. The lovely young lady showed off her amazing figure and definitely caught the eye of many men!
