So what exactly are we on about? Barre 180 ®, that’s what! Combining the best of ballet, yoga and Pilates, Barre 180® classes are between 45 and 60 minutes each with the majority of the class taking place on a barre to help build flexible strength in your legs, hips, core and upper body.
And if you’re wondering how you’ll get your cardio in without having to go for a run, fear not: jetés, jumps and twists are all worked into the ballet and yoga stretches and poses – and set to an upbeat soundtrack so you’ll be pumped throughout the class.
