Released on the 26th of December 2024, The highly anticipated season two of Squid Game lived up to its hype. The second instalment of the popular series became one of the most watched tv programme on Netflix with over 26.3 Million streams in the first week of its release, making it the third most viewed series on Netflix.
The plot of season two revolves around the protagonist Seong Gi-hun, who is highly disturbed since the final game in season one, he is determine to find and kill the people behind the games. On his quest for revenge he ends up back to the games, as number 456.
