As the country enters its second day on a nationwide lock-down, there's bound to come a time where you find yourself staring at the ceiling not knowing what do next, or watching too many movies because you don't know what to do with your time.
Don't let the next 3 weeks become a total waste of your time by failing to plan or stay ahead of the game. Time is money and it should still be spent wisely, even when based at home.
Glamour caught up with Actress, Nicole Bessick (better known for her dynamic and powerful roles on Binnelanders and Broken Vows) who gave us 5 suggestions that you should implement into your daily routine over the next 3 weeks whilst isolated at home.

Nicole's words of advice for everyone during this time:
A lock-down can be a difficult and complex time because nobody is used to isolation! However, if we organise our time and set a certain schedule with activities, we can take full advantage of this time. We're all in this together. Positivity, productivity and love will get us through.
Suggestion 1:
Keep to your routine
It's business as usual! Ditch the pajamas and get ready for work as you would on a normal day. Getting too comfortable will negatively impact your productivity and motivation. Plan your day, make a to-do list and prioritise your tasks!

Suggestion 2:
It takes 21 days to build or break a habit... and luckily for us, that's the lock-down duration! You can keep active and be well on your way to your dream body, and all you need is your lounge and your body weight! I'm currently using the Sudor Fitness App! You can choose from a variety of yoga, pilates or functional workout classes online, led by your favourite celebrity trainers and fitness experts!
Suggestion 3:
Soul food
Social isolation impact everyone’s well-being and mental health. Over the next 21 days, indulge in some self-care and self-centering! Think meditation, face masks, reading a book and really big cups of tea!
Suggestion 4:
Learn a new skill.
Remember all those times we wish we had some "me-time" to try new things? Well now we have the opportunity AND the time! Do an online course, learn a new language and dust off that guitar you bought a few years back that is now gathering dust in your closet!
Suggestion 5:
Check in with family and friends!
Spread the love and stay bonded! Let's help our loved ones through this trying time by checking in with them every day, especially those who are in isolation on their own. And while you're at it... return those phone calls and texts you've been meaning to get to. That aunt, that colleague, that friend who texts 20 times a day that you've been meaning to get back to... you know who they are! lol. Let's connect and care for one another. We're gonna get through this!
