29-year-old Mark-Anthony Bingham from Johannesburg is the PA to a financial advisor. He has a passion for Latin, ballroom, salsa and hip-hop dancing, and also teaches salsa dancing. He was also a contestant on Tropika Island of Treasure Maldives. Find out more about our Man Candy here:
What would you say is your best attribute, and why?
My best attribute would have to be my personality, craziness and sense of humour. I get along with almost everyone; I’m not shy and I like to think that I always leave a good and lasting impression on people I meet.
Who or what inspires you?
God; all types of dancing; and making a difference in somebody’s life. I come from a really gangsterism and drug infested community where 80% of youth really do not have passion and drive to make something of themselves (given their circumstances). I have taken on a few projects in mentoring young kids, especially boys, as they are usually easily influenced by their surroundings. I plan on changing this all. Each of us needs to do our part to pay it forward.
What’s your idea of a perfect date?
Taking a hot air balloon ride over the Magaliesberg, and then ending it off with a picnic and horse ride into the sunset.
What’s your favourite drink?
This would have to be my mom’s homemade Ginger Beer. It’s amazing and really quenches your thirst.
What fills the spot at the top of your dream destination list?
It would have to be Brazil. I have always wanted to experience Carnival, volleyball on the beach, and not to forget – the amazing people. Anybody who knows me knows that I love to dance and I can’t wait for my dream to become reality (to visit Brazil!)
Do you have any regrets when it comes to past relationships?
No regrets at all. Each relationship I’ve been in has been amazing and I learnt so much about myself. Being single now, I’m just enjoying life but patiently wait upon God to send me my Eve – lol! Life is all about creating special moments and I’m ready to create mine.
Who is your style icon?
I don’t really have a particular style icon as most of the time I design my own clothing – so, my style icon would be myself (given my own unique style). I have a unique style which cannot be
described. I like recreating fashion and what I wear compliments my personality.

Gabrielle Union. Brains, beauty and a smile that lights up a room for days I might add!
