As a natural leader, Mash is passionate about building female-led enterprises, exemplified by her creation of Four One Wine. This barware brand offers stylish, affordable, and luxurious wine accessories, including wine stoppers, multi-purpose pourers/aerators, champagne seals, and bottle openers. Each product reflects her love for gemstones, crystals, and fine dining. Four One Wine aims to be the "Carrol Boyes" of home barware, available on Superbalist and Bespoke Home, enhancing the wining and dining experience and celebrating the joy of gathering over food and drink.

In addition, Mash has developed Palé, an AI-powered beverage and hospitality platform designed to help consumers make personalized beverage choices. Palé offers features like ‘Personalized Wine Recommendations’, ‘Personalized Cocktail Recipes’, ‘Local Meal Pairings’, and ‘Tailored Mocktails’ for non-alcoholic options. Partnering with global beverage giant Pernod Ricard, Palé provides a customized experience, helping users discover signature cocktails and tailored recipes.

They hosted their inaugural Durban July Marquee, featuring a luxurious 10-hour experience with premium food, A2B Winery selections, cocktails from Palé, and beverages like GH Mumm Champagne, Inverroche Gin, Martell Cognac, and Glenlivet Whiskey.

This collaboration reflects Mash’s commitment to women’s empowerment and her dedication to breaking barriers in the male-dominated fields of wine and technology. She prioritizes hiring women and partnering with women-owned businesses, believing deeply in their impact on community development.
