When we’re faced with yet another heatwave, we start dreaming of one thing: strawberry mojitos. The combo of sweet fresh strawberries, mint and a dash of Rose’s Lemon Cordial puts a refreshing twist on the Cuban Classic. Perfect for a dinner party with friends!
Here’s how to make a magic strawberry mojito:
Ingredients
- 12,5ml Roses Lemon Cordial
- 8-12 Mint leaves
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- 25ml Strawberry juice
- 37,5ml Rum
- Topped with sparkling wine
Method
- Muddle the mint, limes and sugar syrup.
- Add the other ingredients, top up and add crushed ice.
- Add a sliced lime wedge as a garnish
- Drink and enjoy responsibly.
