We have finally entered into our new season, Spring! Symbolic of new beginnings and we are in desperate need of new beginnings
Copenhagen Fashion Week took place a few weeks ago and how exciting it was to see people gather again. Most of the shows took place outside to ensure that guests could attend safely as opposed to closed venue spaces. We are happy to report that this year a strong focus was on sustainability and all designers embraced the challenge.
Some of our favourite trends made a comeback this season such as the suit! This was and remains to be a versatile staple. So if you’ve already invested in this trend, great! If not, try one in a soft pastel colour or even neutrals.
Pops of colour were a huge feature on the runways and our favourite hue by far was orange or if you prefer tangerine. This citrus hue gave us all the feels and one we are excited to include into our wardrobes. Always remember, you can embrace a trend without sacrificing your personal style. A dress in tangerine might not be you but an alternative is to include this hue in your accessories, like sandals, jewellery or handbag. There are subtle ways to be trendy.
Lastly, Pajama sets made another comeback. As much as we enjoy dressing up, one thing we can all agree on is that comfort is key.
What is more comfortable than wearing your PJ’s all day? Fortunately these looks are more sophisticated but certainly comfy.
