Calling his collection ‘Pop Prep’, Tommy Hilfiger’s show boasted a range of bold colours, combined in even bolder ways. Preppy featured heavily with silk, tartan dresses and ’60s silhouettes but popped in a host of stripes, leather skirts, dresses and suits. Moving into ’70s terrain, evening wear upped the prep-factor on groovy jumpsuits and flowing kaftans.
