“It was born from necessity,” says Roxy Burger, “I couldn’t find what I wanted locally, to the standard and quality I was looking for, and internationally I felt the pricing was just ridiculous. So, I saw the gap.” With Black Key Diamonds on board that feeling of uniqueness really encompasses Linear’s range.
The pieces are crafted in 18ct yellow, rose and white gold, which is a safe and durable metal for cartilage piercings, and the price points range from R1600 to R7500. The diamonds are also ethically-sourced.
“The designs are timeless,” says Roxy, “which they need to be because a piercing piece is not something you often take out.”
