This weekend, the annual Veuve Cliquot Masters Polo was held at the Val de Vie Estate in Franschhoek.
The event is an opportunity for celebs (and us mere mortals) to throw on a fabulous frock and sip a few glasses of the French champagne.
Local celebrities and influencers attended in droves, and we even spotted an international celebrity, actress Anika Noni Rose.
However, we were remiss to learn – via Instagram stories – that Media personality Bonang Matheba and bff Lorna Maseko opted to lay out by the pool and sip champagne from the comfort of their Cape Town residence.
