Rami Chuene’s secret wedding sparks conversation on Twitter

SA actress Rami Chuene, who plays the character of Jumaima in Isono, surprised fans by revealing she got married over the long weekend.

She is believed to have tied the knot in an intimate private ceremony in her hometown of Limpopo - although there has been no information revealed about her husband.

In fact fans were unaware that the actress was even in a relationship. It is not known who her partner is or when she got engaged. However, she previously gave Twitter followers some insight her relationship when she posted: “When you’re with someone that reminds you that it’s not unusual when everything is beautiful…”

She was also hinting at her excitement to attend a special event over the weekend. Then, on Monday she took to social media to share a beautiful image of her in a wedding gown.

The dress was designed by Thomi Rikhosto, who’s brand Tomi Creations is quite popular on social media with other celebrity clients including Ayanda Ncwane.

Friends and fellow media personalities Dineo Langa and Loyiso MacDonald offered their congratulatory messages on social media.

Twitter was also abuzz with excitement, while the news also sparked conversation around the benefits of keeping your relationship private.
