Megan Fox is engaged to boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly.
The rapper popped the question to the Jennifer’s Body actress on 11 January and the pair shared the news to Instagram the following day.
Megan and Machine Gun Kelly - real name Colson Baker - were first linked in June 2022 after meeting on the set of their movie Midnight in the Switchgrass.
"Our trailers were next to each other so I just waited outside on my trailer steps every day I worked just to catch one glimpse of eye contact, MGK explained. "She has the most gorgeous eyes I've ever seen."
MGK wasn’t the only who was smitten, however. "The second that I was in a room with him and said hello to him and looked into his eyes, I knew right away that he was what I call a twin flame," Megan said on a podcast in 2020. "We're actually two halves of the same soul I think. I said that to him almost immediately. I felt it right away."
Since then, fans have been subjected to the couple’s PDA-packed relationship - from Megan wearing virtually nothing on the VMA’s red carpet, introducing him as her “baby daddy” on stage, and enjoying double dates with equally as in-love couple Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker.
There have also been some bizarre moments however - such as wearing each other’s blood around their necks, or their interview with GQ where Fox described their relationship as: “It’s ecstasy and agony for sure … I don’t want people to think anything’s perfect with us. I didn’t say it was the darkest fairy tale for no reason. There’s also the demonic side.”
Despite the spiritual/intense/demonic vibe of their relationship, the pair seem happy and in love. Machine Gun Kelly revealed an up-close look at the engagement ring, which features a diamond and an emerald - a combination of both of their birthstones, symbolising “"two halves of the same soul forming the obscure heart that is our love."
In her post, Megan also joked about their perceived weirdness with the caption: And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes."
Megan concluded: "…and then we drank each other’s blood."
We couldn’t be happier for the couple.
