Over the weekend, celebs flocked to the Waterfall Estate in Johannesburg to witness the International BMW Polo; South Africa VS New Zealand game. There were numerous GLAMOURzons in attendance at the Polo; including Pearl Thusi, Jo-Ann Strauss and Leanne Dlamini to name a few. Of course we’re not quite sure who won the game as all eyes was on the fierce fashion at the Polo.
Actress and Presenter Pearl Thusi didn’t disappoint as she donned a gorgeous white Gert Johan Coetzee creation with red patterned sleeves and of course a thigh high slit. Pearl loves to show off those gorgeous legs of hers and we’re not complaining, she finished off her look by putting her infamous natural afro in two buns which gave her an Asian persuasion feel, she fittingly called her look “Japanese Pearl Habour type Slayage” and we couldn’t agree more especially with those Miu Miu shades she was wearing. Flawless!
White was clearly the consensus of the day as singing sensation Leanne Dlamini was a vision in white! She was tapped to sing the South African national anthem at the game and of course she nailed it, her vocals sounded incredible. Dressed in Miss Boss Couture, Leanne didn’t even do any fittings prior the event but the dress just fit her like a glove. Actress and Presenter Phuti Khomo also in white, wore a lovely Quiteria-George dress with a white headpiece. She admitted to being late but it’s OK Phuti, we all know perfection takes time,
Master of ceremonies at the event was the fabulous Jo-Ann Strauss, the business woman and Top Billing presenter looked impeccable in her Leigh Schubert dress. The yellow and black floor length halter dress was backless and patterned with birds, leaves and branches which sounds like a lot but Jo-Ann pulled it off! The pop of her red lip and nails added just enough contrast to the entire ensemble and her hair was parted in the middle and put in a low bun, so classy!
