There are two kinds of people in this world: people who pee in the shower, and people who wouldn’t ever dream of it. In these polarizing times, we may not need urination habits to further divide us, but bold pioneer Cardi B raised the question anyway: in the shower, to pee or not to pee?
In a tweet on July 1, Cardi asked, “Keep it a buck! Do you pee in the shower?” In just one day, the tweet has gotten more than 2,000 replies, filled with people weighing in on whether or not they come through drippin’ when they’re in the shower. Mostly, the answer was a proud yes.
Keep it a buck ! Do you pee in the shower ?

Many pointed out that getting out of the shower to pee is just uncomfortable, with the water dripping all over the floor and getting the toilet seat all slippery.
Anytime i have to pee nd im n the shower…i pee. That dont make no sense to get out lol

Some eco-conscious people said they pee in the shower because it saves water.

Some even said the two kinds of people that really exist are those who pee in the shower and those who lie about it.
Two people in this world: those that pee in the shower and those that lie about peeing in the shower 🤷🏻♀️

It turns out Cardi’s Twitter followers are just like everyone else. According to one survey conducted on behalf of Abcotechbrand.com, 61% of those polled admitted to peeing in the shower. And, as some on Twitter said, two students at the University of East Anglia in Norwich argued in 2014 that peeing in the shower actually does help conserve water. On top of that, Billy Goldberg, MD, co-author of Let’s Play Doctor, told Apartment Therapy that peeing in the shower is totally safe. He said it’s safe for your drain pipes (it’s all going to the same place) and peeing in the shower might even help clear up a case of athlete’s foot. As for Cardi herself? She said she doesn’t pee in the shower, but she posed the question because Offset does. It turns out they’re a household divided — by shower pee, at least.
