Last night, at the Sun Arena in Pretoria, Tamaryn Green was crowned Miss South Africa 2018 after a pageant filled with glitz and glamour. Not only did she take home the title of Miss South Africa but she will also represent the country at Miss Universe. Anyone with two eyes and a brain can see that she a beauty but she has the brains to match, she is a 23-year-old final-year medical student at the University of Cape Town. We couldn’t think of a better role model for young girls aspiring to do big things in life. Carrying the title of Miss South Africa not only involves making changes in the country but also looking good at all times and judging by Tamaryn’s Instagram this will be a walk in the park for her.
