Tomorrow, the movers, shaker and money-makers will descend upon the Cape Town Kenilworth Racecourse to celebrate February 1st, also now known as Africa’s Richest Race Day, The Sun Met.
Expectations are high this year as the theme chosen, African Luxury requires everyone to rock up looking no less than their very best.
However, this should come as no surprise as the Sun Met has become a flagship event at the Mother City’s historic Kenilworth Racecourse. So, to help you prepare and give you some inspiration for your facebeat for the day, here are some visual ideas from the year’s past, African beauties and the iconic faces of the much-anticipated event, Bonang Matheba and Miss Universe Zozibini Tunzi.
As you know, the Sun Met will be running their post fashion show Best Dressed competition in the Entertainment marquee where one lady and gentleman will each stand a chance to win a lavish prize. Take a look at the make-up ideas below and if you execute yours correctly, you may end up securing the bag.
