Hip hip hooray! Businesswoman, model, TV personality and actress Shashi Naidoo celebrates her 35th birthday today.
Yesterday Shashi was blindfolded by friends and taken to a pre-birthday surprise party at the luxurious 5 star Saxon Hotel in Sandhurst, Johannesburg.
She shared a snap of herself and two of her besties on Instagram, relaxing in robes at the hotel spa. She captioned the pic “Being unbelievably spoilt… Champagne, facials and massages at my favourite place in Johannesburg! #1daytillmybirthday”.
Lucky girl! We want to be pampered too! And she deserves it: having appeared on the 12 part locally produced E! News Special series currently running on South African screens, Shashi has had a great year and career so far.

Celebrations continued with a surprise pre-birthday lunch, attended by Shashi’s closest friends, at the gorgeous La Vie en Rose Garden restaurant in Hyde Park.
Being the fashionable GLAMOURzon that she is, it was only fitting that Shashi be gifted not one but two cakes, one of which was a classic black and gold CHANEL bag! Shashi joked on her social media, “I intend to eat my body weight in cake today #BirthdayIndulgences”. All we have to say to that is: good luck!
