These 5 steps will give you perfect mascara application every time – and they work for all wand types and mascara formulas.
Step 1: Close your eyes and roll the wand through the top of your lashes, from root to tip. This will help add volume.
Step 2: Open you eyes and zigzag the wand along the root line. This will ensure all the hairs are covered in mascara.
Step 3: Comb the wand up through the rest of your lashes. Wiggling it slightly as you go will help to separate the lashes.
Step 4: Add a small amount to your bottom lashes. You don’t have to apply to your bottom lashes, but it does created the illusion of bigger eyes.
Step 5: If you are as clump-phobic as us, run a clean lash or brow comb through the lashes to remove any lumps.
