Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Prize is subject to availability.
2. This voucher is not transferable to parties other than the recipient/s and is non-redeemable for cash or any other services.
3. Competition entry runs from 22 February 2021 to April 30 2021.
4. Competition is not open to employees of Content Nation Media or their direct relatives.
5. Competition is only open to citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
6. Competition prize, including flights and accommodation, will only be redeemable once travel to Thailand is fully and freely open.
7. Spa treatments are not included in any of the accommodation. Right of admission is reserved.
8. Prize winners will be required to adhere to any and all COVID-19 screening and testing requirements, as well as any other COVID-19 related protocol as set by authorities in the respective countries of travel.
9. By accepting this prize, competition winners (and their companions) agree to act in accordance with what would be regarded as reasonable behaviour expected from guests at a 5-star establishment as well as any and all regulations set out by the various places of accommodation.
10. Guests will be held liable for any damages caused by gross negligence. In this case, they may be requested to leave and the prize would be forfeit.
11. Extras such as premium alcohol brands, transfers, gratuities and all unspecified items that have not been specified in the prize letter will be for the winners’ personal account.
