Glamour: Congratulations on your recent marriage, Delaney! How has married life been treating you so far, especially amidst all the excitement of your honeymoon in South Africa?

Delaney: Thank you so much! Married life has been amazing so far. We are definitely still riding the high of just having had all of our closest family and friends in the same room celebrating our love! And the South Africa honeymoon adventures were absolutely the cherry on top!

Glamour: What was the most memorable moment from your honeymoon in South Africa?

Delaney: Our safari experience in South Africa was absolutely one of the most memorable and special things we have ever done in our lives! We cannot recommend it enough.

Glamour: Your move to The OC and purchasing a new home with Clay must have been quite a journey. Can you share any memorable moments or challenges you've faced during the renovations and settling into your new space?

Delaney: We have always heard that remodels aren’t easy and now through first hand experience we can confirm the rumours are true! We just recently “moved out” of our OC home to go stay at our home in Tahoe. It has definitely been a journey. However we know that all of the hard work, patience and time will be worth it in the end!

Glamour: Wedding planning can be both exhilarating and overwhelming. What were some of the highlights of planning your wedding including your rehearsal dinner and honeymoon?

Delaney: Wedding planning was definitely challenging at times but also very fun and rewarding. We loved curating our playlists for special moments throughout the weekend. I also loved coming up with different looks throughout the weekend from dresses, to makeup, to hair, shoes and accessories. I loved all of that!

Glamour: Your audience loves your fashion and beauty advice. Could you share some of your current favourite trends or beauty products that you're excited about for 2024?

Delaney: One of my favourite beauty trends of 2024 is the astounding love for blush. I am all in for the creamy pigmented blushes, the innovative unique blushes, the glowy powder blushes - you name it! My favourite blush combo at the moment is the LYS cream blush stick in shade bubbly with the Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Luminous blush in shade Cheer.

Glamour: Travel seems to be a significant part of your content now. What was your favourite part about honeymooning in South Africa? Would you change anything?

Delaney: I absolutely love travelling. I’m a Sagittarius so it’s hard to keep me in one place haha! Travelling in South Africa was so amazing. The safari experience was absolutely our favourite part of our trip. But in general we were so touched by how warm and welcoming everyone was in South Africa. We can’t wait to go back and visit again!

Glamour: Your fashion sense has evolved over the years. How would you describe your style today, and how has it been influenced by your recent life changes like moving to The OC and getting married?

Delaney: I would describe my style as eclectic. Both in fashion but also just in general. I have always loved a very wide variety of styles and that’s something I don’t think will ever change. I do however think my style has evolved to be a little bit more refined and elevated.

Glamour: Fashion trends are constantly evolving. Are there any upcoming trends for 2024 that you're particularly excited about, and how do you foresee incorporating them into your personal style?

Delaney: One of my favourite trends at the moment is the Jersey style top. I’ve always had a love for a boyish flare in fashion and I love the slightly masculine touch this adds to a look. It’s also very versatile and comfortable so can be paired with denim, skirts, shorts or even over dresses!

Glamour: As a fashion and lifestyle influencer, you often share shopping recommendations through platforms like LTK. What are some of your go-to wardrobe staples or fashion essentials that you believe every bride should have?

Delaney: A good pair of cute and comfortable white heels will take you very far in your bridal era. I think they are a must have! Then of course have so much fun with all the white looks you’ll get to wear as a bride. A classic white maxi skirt often came in handy for me as well as a little white cardigan to throw on with any look.

Glamour: How do you stay inspired when creating new outfit ideas, and are there any fashion icons or designers who influenced your wedding style?

Delaney: I love reading up on fashion from what’s on the runways, what people are wearing on the streets and even trend forecasts. This helps keep me inspired and in tune. For wedding style I dove deep into Pinterest (my happy place!) and was very drawn to 90s style weddings. Classic and nostalgic.

Glamour: Balancing fashion and comfort is key, especially with your busy lifestyle. What are your tips for looking stylish yet feeling comfortable during long travel days or busy filming sessions?

Delaney: A comfortable but stylish pair of shoes is the key! Sneakers, ballet flats, loafers and even boots often fit this category for me. Layering pieces is also a great hack for travel day style. Temperature fluctuation between climates, airports and airplanes etc. can be tricky but this helps so much and elevates the look at the same time.

Glamour: Accessories can make or break an outfit. What are your favourite accessories to elevate a look, and do you have any tips for mixing and matching accessories effectively?

Delaney: I’ve been loving a fun stack of bracelets recently! My grandmother gifted me a few of her bracelets and I absolutely love wearing them because not only are they meaningful but they are unique and vintage and add so much interest to any look. I have also been loving mixing metals lately which is a great way to open up horizons when styling accessories.

Glamour: Looking ahead, do you have any plans to collaborate with fashion brands or launch your own fashion-related projects that your audience can anticipate?

Delaney: I don’t have anything set in stone at the moment but there’s always fun projects in the works and I am definitely excited to see what’s to come!

Glamour: Lastly, Joburg or Cape Town?

Delaney: We didn’t get to explore Joburg much - so I’ll have to say Cape Town for now!
