Every year, our attitude surrounding the term "resolutions" change, and this year, we're approaching the concept of "goals" and "resolutions" with compassion. Whether it means making tiny adjustments to our daily schedules or implementing goals in increments throughout the year. Every year at the beginning, a fresh perspective or approach to living is embraced, though not expected.
