Idols SA returned to South African screens last night, and based on what we’ve seen on social media, Mzansi Tweeps are definitely not here for another season of the singing contest.
Twitter users had savage words for what has been one of South Africa’s longest-running reality television show. Among the list of insults, one Tweep said: “When is Idols Sa ending? ” While another member of the Twitterverse added: “Why is this annoying show back?”
With over ten more episodes to go, it looks like ratings for Idols Sa are going to be extremely low.
