Gina Colada
Musgrave recently reinvented and redesigned and to celebrate, developed new craft cocktails. This is one of their recipes so give it a try if you have it available or try the recipe with the gin of your choice.
Ingredients:
50ml Musgrave Original 11
35ml peppered and roasted mielie cordial
35ml pineapple juice
25ml mageu
Method: shake vigorously and strain over ice
Garnish: roasted baby corn/nasturtium or marigold flower
Classic Gin Shandy
This recipe is a little gin-spiration from artisanal African luxury gin, Inverroche. Give it a try if you have it available or try the recipe with the gin of your choice.
You will need:
50ml Inverroche Gin Classic
10ml Sugar Syrup (1 part water: 2 part sugar)
Top up half Fever-Tree Indian Tonic
Top up half Soda Water
3-4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish with Limes and Fresh Mint Leaves
Strawberry Rose

Ingredients
30ml Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
Prosecco or dry sparkling rose
Method
Combine the first two ingredients, shake and strain into a coupe glass. Top with prosecco and garnish with strawberry slices or basil.
