Ingredients:
Toki whisky 50ml
Soy sauce 5ml
Honey 5ml
Method:
Place a big solid piece of ice in a tumbler and add all the ingredients. Give it a stir and add some orange zest.

Method:
Place all your ingredients except the ice, into a blender and blitz. Strain the mixture over some ice and dust with cinnamon. A tumbler glass is the best fit for this cocktail.

Method:
Chill the glass, the soda water and Jim Beam bourbon. Squeeze the lemon wedge and place it in the glass and fill with ice. Add 50ml of bourbon and slowly top up the glass with 120ml soda water. Stir once and you’re set.
