Ingredients:
- Microwaveable chocolate cake-in-a-mug mix (70g mix for one serving)
- Whipped cream
- Milk (low fat)
- X2 21g TEX crushed
Items Needed:
- Microwave
- Mixing bowl
- Mixing wooden spoon
- Wisk
Recipe Instructions:
- Crush the 2 21g TEX
- Measure 75ml low fat milk into a mixing bowl
- Empty contents of the cake-in-a-mug sachet into mixing bowl, add ¾ portion of the crushed TEX and mix until you achieve a smooth batter
- Pour mixture into ¾ of the microwaveable cup
- Microwave on high for 1min (be careful not overcook)
- Remove from the microwave and allow to stand for 30 seconds
- Layer with the whipped cream and top it off with the remaining TEX and enjoy!
