The Real Housewives has become a cult reality television franchise - and has now moved to African shores. After the success of the show’s first African installation, the Real Housewives of Durban, fans are now getting a glimpse into Nigeria’s rich and famous with the Real Housewives of Lagos.
The first episode of RHOLagos dropped exclusively today on Showmax and is already getting rave reviews.
Twitter critics praised the hardworking cast members, their boss babe attitudes, unapologetic fashion, and seem excited about the signature Real Housewives drama and cattiness that’s expected to ensue.
One thing we know is that Naija ladies don’t play when it comes to their swag, and we can’t wait to see their extravagant lifestyles play out on the show.
Here’s what viewers had to say about the show so far:
#RHOLagos Overall I looooveeed it. The production is great, the party was a bit of a drag. But their personalities made up for it. I love Nigerian women🙆![CDATA[]]>🏾♀️😍. I thought it was weird they dressed like that at a "kids party" though 👀

What I’ve always admired about Nigerian girls is that they’re hard workers , I love Laura’s introduction bcoz that’s literally them. In their bag #RHOLagos

The #RHOLagos is gonna be chaotic judging by the amount of fake laugh I saw when they all linked up.
