A host of celebrities attend the Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda collections hosted in Sardinia Italy

A plethora of stars and celebrities attended the D&G Alta Moda collections hosted in the picturesque island of Sardinia. This extravagant showcase originated in 2012 and is held for the brands more wealthier clientele who are indulged and offered the opportunity to shop the collections priced upwards of six figures while sipping champagne and looking fabulous. Their latest collection was inspired by Sardinia and its indigenous crafts like the complexness of filigree, the primitive motifs of coarse-wool carpet weaving, and the artisanal bravura of shirtmaking and skirt-pleating which the designers reworked and integrated into this collection.

Each night after the fashion shows parties were held and guests enjoyed a variety of performances from artists like Christina Arguilera and many others. Italian actor and singer Michele Morrone , a long time friend of the brand was seen mingling with Columbian artist Maluma, British actor Theo James and his wife Ruth Kearney, supermodels Alessandra Ambrosio and Alton Mason and many more were spotted and were adorned in the latest D&G collections. Katy Perry ended off the spectacular multi-day event with a performance wearing Dolce&Gabbana tailored for the occasion.

Theo James was spotted after the event filming an ad campaign for the brand with Italian model Vittoria Cerreti who is also rumoured to be dating Leonardo Di Caprio. Will he be named as the latest ambassador?
