Miss Universe Zozibini Tunzi
If there is something we all love about Miss Universe Zozibini Tunzi, it’s how wide she is. From the moment she answered those questions at Miss Universe, the whole world saw how much of a gem she is. Her words of cementing one’s self and taking up space have been inspiring many of us from the day she uttered them.
Ever since becoming Miss Universe Zozi hasn’t stopped giving us advice and nuggets we can use. One of her recent simple, yet solid piece of advice was from her recent GLAMOUR LIVE chat interview with our Online Editor Molife Kumona.
When asked what her advice to those people who had big 2020 plans before COVID-19 and now felt stuck, she said; “ People need to understand that this is not the end of the world and they are not the only ones going through this. The people you wanted to plan stuff with are on standstill as well. They are not moving on without you. Use this time to define your plan. Make it even sharper, there’s always something you can improve. When the door opens you want to be the first person out there with a superb plan. So stay ready.”
Zozi also answered a question from a viewer on whether her reign would be extended due to the disruption of COVID-19. “I have no idea. A lot of people are asking me this and I don’t know. For now the focus is for us all to stay safe.”
