Minnie Dlamini and husband Quinton Jones were the epitome of couple goals.
The pair tied the knot in 2017, sharing their journey to the alter in a three-part mini-series titled Becoming Mrs Jones.
Yesterday, the actress and media personality and her television producer husband shocked fans when they released a joint statement announcing they are ending their marriage.
The couple have been married for 4 years and have a young son.
"In the last 2 years, our family has experienced incredible joy and devastating loss. During this time, we found comfort in knowing we had each other.
"Despite our best efforts to absorb the changes in motion, the emotional burden and the post-traumatic distress of our individual loss outweighed our will.
"After months of separation and consultation with our family and a counsellor, we have taken the decision to officially file for divorce," they said in the statement.
Minnie captioned the post on Instagram: "We remain friends, business partners and loving parents to our son."
While Dlamini seemed to disable the comments on her post on Instagram, fans took to Twitter to voice their disappointment.
Many were left heartbroken at the thought of their favourite couple divorcing while others were annoyed that the pair asked for “privacy” when their wedding and relationship were made so public before.
Here some of the reactions on Twitter:

Growth is painful. Change is painful. But nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you don't belong. Divorces always happen and there is nothing bad about that, strength to former Mrs Jones family ❤️❤️🥺

That's a standard procedure of celebrities with failed relationships & marriage.
It takes a lot of courage for the married couple to sit down and accept that their marriage isn't what they initial thought it would be. I respect Minnie Dlamini and Q Jones.

Nobody get into marriage in order to divorce in the immediate future.
