No pressure, but Serena Williams and husband Alexis Ohanian are now the parents of two daughters…who could be the next Venus and Serena of whatever path they choose, you know? The tennis superstar and the Reddit cofounder announced the birth of their second child on TikTok, where Williams posted a sweet video captioned, “Welcome my beautiful angel.” (No, Angel is not her name.)
@serena Welcome my beautiful angel

In the video, mum, dad and their firstborn, Olympia, gather at what looks like a coworking space. After a moment, Williams excuses herself and then returns with a newborn, whom the family take turns kissing. The pics at the end might make you cry. I mean, get you a man who looks at you the way Alexis Ohanian looks at Serena Williams!
Ohanian announced the little girl’s name on Twitter, sharing pictures and writing, “Welcome, Adira River Ohanian. I’m grateful to report our house is teaming with love: a happy & healthy newborn girl and happy & healthy mama. Feeling grateful. @serenawilliams you’ve now given me another incomparable gift — you’re the GMOAT. Thanks to all the amazing medical staff who took care of my wife & our daughter I’ll never forget the moment I introduced @olympiaohanian to her baby sister. ‘Your peace would have been like a river, your well-being like the waves of the sea.’”
Welcome, Adira River Ohanian.

So cute, I might throw up?
Williams announced her second pregnancy in the most A-list way possible: showing up to the Met Gala with a baby bump. She later outfitted her maternity bod in a Gucci two-piece, proving she can serve a look as well as she can serve a ball.
She previously revealed that the couple had to tell Olympia just before announcing it to the world because the kid “can’t keep a secret.”
As a former child who used to tell my ballet teacher that my mom was pregnant even though she wasn’t, and I just wanted attention, I feel you, Olympia.
