Rebel Wilson is set to launch a plus-size fashion range this year. The 37-year-old actress has taken to social media to announce she is setting up her own clothing line titled Rebel Wilson x Angels, which will be available to buy in stores later this year.
The blonde-haired beauty shared a picture of her from the campaign on her Instagram account, which sees her adorn a black v-neck top with a choker whilst her golden locks are half pinned up in a neat updo. She captioned the post: “I’m very excited to announce that I’m starting my own plus-size clothing line called REBEL WILSON x ANGELS. Available in department stores this Summer!! More info soon x (sic).”
Although the comedic star has kept details of the project close to her chest, she has promised to share more details with her fans and customers in due course.
However, this is not Rebel’s first foray into the fashion industry as two years ago she joined forces with the plus-size label Torrid to launch a capsule collection.
And the Australia-born star is set for a busy year ahead as she has revealed she has been filming for the third instalment of Pitch Perfect, which will see her reprise her role as Patricia, who nicknames herself Fat Amy in the movie, alongside fellow The Barden Bella’s Anna Kendrick and Brittany Snow.
Speaking about the production, Rebel previously said: “At the end of this year it will be PITCHMAS x #PitchPerfect3 6 months isn’t THAT long to wait! #PitchPerfect3 Is it Christmas yet? #PitchPerfect3 (sic).”
