It’s a sleepy time on the international party scene—award shows are long behind us and gala season is months away—but this past Monday, A-listers, It girls, and in-demand party fixtures descended on Michael Rubin (the CEO of Fanatics) and Camille Fishel’s third annual white party. The much-buzzed-about event took place at their Hamptons home in celebration of the Fourth of July. The dress code? Summer Whites, of course.
The event’s highlights are difficult to narrow down. The venue was a sprawling beachfront property teeming with contemporary art, its facade gleaming as brightly as the white ensembles that filled the space. (By night, the rooftop was transformed into a dance floor and glowed in neon pink.) On the guest list was a who’s who of the entertainment and sports worlds: Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck, Travis Scott, Justin Bieber, Hailey Bieber, Kevin Hart, DJ Khaled, Tom Brady, Emily Ratajkowski, and more. Though everyone followed the dress code, there were some standout ensembles—Hailey Bieber in her ruched dress from Colombian brand Maygel Coronel; Kardashian in an opaque two-piece Alaïa look. In the kitchen, Lori Harvey organized an impromptu fashion show for TikTok, and the white-hot clip has racked up nearly 4 million views so far.
Any party needs a great playlist, but Rubin took things up a notch, helping to facilitate performances by Usher and Ne-Yo. Behind the DJ booths were Travis Scott and Jack Harlow, who kept spirits high. Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were spotted on the dance floor with Usher—and Affleck did indeed hold his own alongside the two superstars. Elsewhere, sports icons Robert Kraft and Tom Brady could be seen catching up.
Food-wise, nothing was spared; fresh from Brooklyn, pizza maestro Mark Iacono of Lucali offered up his beloved pies. Ace of Spades champagne and Dusse Cognac were also served. At one point, Kevin Hart (one of many celebs with liquor brands represented that evening) took to dolling out shots of his own Gran Cormamino Tequila.
After sunset, the sky was illuminated with a splashy fireworks display by the renowned Grucci family (who also orchestrate the famed Macy’s Fourth of July show). Across the Atlantic, couture week was underway in Paris, and while its front rows haven’t been lacking in celebrities, it certainly felt like this party had a monopoly on the beautiful people. Plus, there was even a bit of couture on display.
