Rihanna was spotted wearing what can only be described as a moomoo, as she was spotted buying some new earrings at a tattoo shop in SoHo, New York City, on Monday (13.07.15).
Rihanna is nothing if not surprising, as proven here with this ladylike look. We didn’t think we’d ever see the star in a vintage floral midi dress (those words and RiRi just don’t seem to go) and pumps… but here she is!
