Repping West Africa, Afrobeats heavyweight, Davido took home the award for Best International Act. The ‘If’ crooner beat out acts like Cassper, Fally Ipupa, and Tiwa Savage.
In his acceptance speech, Davido encouraged the American A-Listers in attendance to come to Africa and experience the food, the clothes, and the culture. He also urged US artists to collaborate with African acts.
