Kylie Jenner revealed on Instagram Sunday (February 4) that she and boyfriend Travis Scott welcomed a “beautiful and healthy” baby girl on February 1. Her announcement comes after months of rumours that she was pregnant—which seemed to grow more intense by the day. But the speculation is now over, and Kylie has officially put the accusations to rest: Yes, she was pregnant—and now she’s a mother.
“I understand you’re used to me bringing you along on all my journeys,” Kylie wrote on Instagram. “My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world. I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress-free, and healthy way I knew how. There was no gotcha moment, no big paid reveal I had planned. I knew my baby would feel every stress and every emotion, so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness.”
The Internet is understandably freaking out over this news—but none of the fans’ reactions are as good as the ones Kylie’s family posted to social media. Her mother, Kris, and sisters, Kendall, Kim, and Khloé, all posted messages responding to Kylie’s birth announcement on Twitter.
“God is SO good!! I am so excited and thrilled to welcome another precious baby girl to our beautiful, ever growing family. We are blessed beyond belief,” Kris wrote. Khloé simply replied “cute mommy” to Kylie’s original tweet, whereas Kendall and Kim offered up some emojis. Kim responded with “❤️👶🏽❤️,” and Kendall opted for “❤️❤️❤️.”
