What you’ll need
- 125g fresh raspberries
- 12 fresh mint leaves
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 60ml Chambord raspberry liqueur
- 125ml vodka
- 750ml sparkling wine
- Place the raspberries, mint, lemon juice, Chambord and vodka in a large jug.
- Muddle slightly with the back of a wooden spoon and add the sparkling wine.
- Serve in goblets over ice or in champagne flutes and enjoy!
