The moment Versace shut down Milan Fashion Week

Donatella Versace gave us glamour with a heavy dose of nostalgia at the Versace show during Milan Fashion Week last weekend.

The designer shocked everyone by bringing back the biggest models of the 1990s; Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell, Carla Bruni, Helena Christensen and Claudia Schiffer, all now in their forties and fifties (and looking better than ever!).

OK this is shaky because it was crazy in there! The supers! Carla, Claudia, Cindy, Naomi and Helena join Donatella for a very special show in honour of Gianni Versace. Sadly he has been gone for 20 years this year. It was emotional with a lovely tribute to him playing as the models walked in clothes referencing some of the most iconic Versace looks. And there are many! Bravo Donatella.

The reunion show was in tribute to her late brother Gianni – the models all worked with him in the years prior to his death – and the show served as a tribute to the superstar fashion designer on the 20th anniversary of his death.

Gianni Versace was shot dead on the steps of his Miami Breach mansion in 1997.

During the show, the models (including  Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid and Kaia Gerber) wore a catalogue of his designs from over the years.
