Rob Kardashian and Kylie Jenner are reportedly suing Blac Chyna for battery, assault, and vandalism.
According to the court documents obtained by People, Rob claims that last December, his ex-fiancé attempted to “physically assault him” and alleges that she “lunged towards Rob with an iPhone charging cable and attempted to strangle [him] with the cord around his neck.”
The outlet reports that the complaint was filed on Wednesday. Kylie owns the home where the alleged incident happened.
People also reports that in the complaint that they obtained, Rob and Kylie claim they “endured several months of injuries” following Chyna’s “deliberate attempt to extort the Kardashian family for her own monetary gains.” According to People, the complaint also alleges that Chyna’s decision to have a child with Rob was “nothing short of an outright fraud to shake down the Kardashian family” and that she “became pregnant with Rob’s child, demonstrating one of [her] deliberate actions to cash in on the Kardashians’ fame.”
A source close to Chyna told People that the fight was “not a real thing,” and that “it makes sense on their part to come up with a counterclaim for the very real claim made against him.”
People noted that it had reached out to Chyna’s lawyer and reps for comment.
Chyna and Rob made headlines earlier this year when nude photos of Chyna were posted on his Instagram. There were claims from Chyna on her Snapchat that Rob hit her during the relationship. Chyna was also reportedly looking into taking legal action and eventually got a temporary restraining order against Rob.
